When you are making a permanent choice in a temporary emotion. Nobody puts that on a vision board, but people live it every day. Before you react, ask what this moment is trying to make you believe. Old patterns survive because they move quickly, before truth gets a chance to speak. You do not need omniscience to make a faithful decision. Jesus Christ can direct a surrendered person one step at a time. You do not need a dramatic feeling today. You need enough truth to refuse the old script one more time.

Are you seeking wisdom, or are you seeking permission to repeat what is familiar?

Jesus, interrupt whatever is automatic in me that does not look like Your truth. Give me a clear mind, a guarded heart, and the courage to do the next faithful thing. Amen.
